What kind of equipment do you hire? We specialize in keyboard hires and not PA's systems. Therefore we only have Pro Audio keyboards / Domestic Keyboards and Keyboard AMPS available for hire.

How do I hire something? Simply call or visit the store and one of our staff will check the price and availability of the items you require.

Commercial Hire payment Terms. All Hires to be paid in advance unless alternate arrangements for regular hire are made.

Domestic Hire payment Terms. All short-term Domestic Hires to be paid in advance. Weekly hires to be paid weekly in advance. Long-term hires to be paid monthly in advance.

How about Transport? Hirer is responsible for pickup and return. Late returns will attract additional hire fees. We do not organize delivery & collection due to inability of couriers to provide accurate time of pick up and delivery.
Note: check size of hired equipment in relation to your vehicle! Will it fit???

What do I need to bring to hire something? 2 forms of ID, 1 confirming current address, 1 must have a photo (eg.drivers license or passport), other can be rates or ultilty bill (eg. Gas ,water, phone, energy etc.). Company hires require only a purchase order and photo ID from courier.

What paperwork is involved? You will need to fill out a hire contract, Clearly stating our terms and conditions. You will also be given an invoice.

What type of payment can I use? Payment is required in full-prior to or at time of hire. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Eftpos, Credit cards & Amex. Please note: credit card over the phone cannot be accepted Cheques: company - only with official company purchase order. Personal - with photo ID.

What is the difference between Domestic and Commercial? Domestic is for private or personal home use only, Commercial is for venue performances etc. outside of home. We will do domestic hire on Pro Keyboards for long term hire at a reduced rate from the Commercial Hire rates.

Is the equipment Insured? No, please read terms & conditions below. Any damage incurred will be at your own cost, please refer to the terms & conditions below.

What are your hire terms & conditions? The hirer agrees:

1.	To punctually pay all hiring charges as set out.
2.	To keep the articles hired in good and servicable condition.
3.	To take care of the articles hired upon reasonable notice.
4.	Not to permit any person to use the articles hired unless qualified to do so.
5.	To permit the owners to inspect the articles hired upon reasonable notice.
6.	If any of the articles hired shall at any time require repair to return the same to the owners and not to attempt any repairs. To do so renders the hirer liable for full price of the goods hired.
7.	To notify the owners of any change of address and, upon request, to inform the owners promptly of the whereabouts of the articles hired.
8.	Not to part with possession of the articles hired and not to pledge the same.
9.	To return the articles hired in good condition at the end of the term of hire and to pay the additional hire rate per day in respect of its liability for personal injuries, property damage and any associated legal expenses arising from any accident which might be caused by the equipment during the term of hire.
10.	To use the articles in a skillful and proper manner and only for the purpose for which they were designed.
11.	The hirer is reponsible for all charges and costs involved in the removal from & return to the owners premises.
12.	Upon breach by the hirer of any terms contained in this agreement the owners shall be at liberty without previous notice to determine this agreement & recover possesion of the said articles.
13.	The hirer, or his/her insurers, shall be liable to pay for the cost of rein statement or repair to the equipment in the case of loss through theft, fire or any course whatsoever. In the case of damage in circumstances where the owners are of the opinion that the damage is caused by ; (a) using the equipment for purposes for which it was not designed. (b) Attempting to repair the equipment without the owners prior consent. (c) Negligence by the hirer and his/her servants or agents. (d) Accidental use of the equipment.

The hirer agrees that he/she has inspected the equipment & is satisfied that it is in good working order. He/she understands the proper uses for which the equipment was designed.
